Using advice
Shake well before use. In case of difficulty falling asleep, perform 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. For continued use over several months, medical advice is advised. In case of jet lag, perform 1 to 2 sprays. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before going to bed on the first day of travel and the days following arrival at destination (4 to 8 days).
Not recommended for kidney failure, liver failure, people on hormone replacement therapy for menopause and epilepsy. For patients treated with warfarin, melatonin supplementation requires regular medical monitoring.
Composition
Water, stabilizer: glycerin, alcohol, extract of hawthorn Crataegus monogyna (flowering tops), melatonin, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, acidity regulator: citric acid.
